Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Gorman tags still attached before sealing them in a secure mailing bag.
Label and Post
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
